I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience this time. Dr. Chae and the staff were incredibly welcoming and made my entire visit very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The examination was very thorough, and Dr. Chae took the time to carefully check my eyes and explain everything clearly. The issue is the doctor’s conduct. I made it clear that I would be translating for my mother. Instead of showing patience or awareness of the language barrier, the doctor spoke rapidly, with an aggressive and dismissive tone. There was no effort to slow down, clarify, or ensure my mother understood what was being discussed. I’ve been coming here for years and the service is always excellent. The staff is so sweet and welcoming, and they truly make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The doctor is the best! she takes her time, listens carefully, and makes sure you get exactly what you need. I wouldn’t trust my eye care to anyone else!
It's been over eight years since I've been here to get glasses. Still the same amazing service. Prices are fair even without insurance. They have glasses for everyone. From the name brands to the unbranded. I look forward to my next visit. I know sounds crazy but true. 😁
