I love how they are always available for me. I called 5 other optometrists and to get an appointment and it was at least 2 months later. This place took me in the same day, gave me incredible service, and everyone was extremely nice. Completely underrated because they’re hidden away in the valley but couldn’t recommend more
I’ve been a loyal client for almost a decade and Dr. Chae is truly the best in the San Fernando Valley. Her team is extremely helpful and Leah always gets it right when helping me find the best frames. Dr. Chae takes the time to explain every detail about your eyes and what are the best steps to take following your exam. Been with NYSO for more than a decade and have always loved it. The office is clean and efficient. Dr. Chae always takes her time to explain clearly what she believes will be best for me in regard to my glasses and contacts. I’m so picky with my frames! I wear them everyday, so it’s important that they fit my style.
