Dr. Chae and staff are phenomenal. I've been coming here since they first opened, 18 years or so! Great selection of eye glasses, from the best brands & cutest styles. Always a super positive experience. Your glasses arrive quickly, too! Thank you!

Had such a nice experience here! The staff are polite and were patient when I had many questions. The doctor is also a very nice lady, and her fast pace was surprising at first but after adjusting it was nice to get things done quickly. They genuinely help their clients with their optical needs in a timely manner with quality service :3
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience this time. Dr. Chae and the staff were incredibly welcoming and made my entire visit very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The issue is the doctor’s conduct. I made it clear that I would be translating for my mother. Instead of showing patience or awareness of the language barrier, the doctor spoke rapidly, with an aggressive and dismissive tone. There was no effort to slow down, clarify, or ensure my mother understood what was being discussed.
