Worst experience ever. Will not be back. Daycare doesn’t follow guidelines and I care about my kids.
Place smells like the sewer. Straight trash. Hard to workout when shit smell is wafting through the air. Its like I am literally biting int a turd every time I breathe, and my rate just went up.
There are ALOT pool issues, in the last 8 days 4X the pool was closed due to chemical issues or no lifeguard . NOBODY CARES. The manager says "call everyday before you come", that is NOT solving the problem. I know members who left Deer Pk to swim in Smithtown who never have pool closings. In May every other day there were pool problems for the entire month. Also the ladies room does not always have paper towels or tissues. I do like the sauna, members & most of the staff.
It's a good gym. A lot better than other gyms I have been to. Just a little annoying when you're trying to swim laps and there a dozen screaming kids in the pool.
Awesome staff gr8 place to have an awesome workout in. Just remember to lock ur personals or u won't have it when u get done with ur workout. But everything else about the GYM is Awesome beyond words.
