My fiancé has been being overcharged by this gym for months!!!! When he originally signed up he was paying 30 dollars a month- fair. Suddenly he began being charged 60 per month out of nowhere! We have spoken to Karen the manager and she keeps reassuring us that this will get better and fixed! We just got our credit card statement for March and for the 5th month in a row it is 60 dollars. Love my cycling and Zumba classes. Friendly staff members. Personal training and plenty mashies for workout. Never to crowded.
Waste of money.... I only go there to play basketball but they’re always renting out the basketball area to other people.... Today is my only day off and I want to play but the basketball court is closed until 5pm, meanwhile they’re only opened until 7pm today.... pretty sure this is illegal, I kind of want my money back. What am I paying for if they’re never opened ? They literally kick you off the court just so other people they rented it out to can use it.
