As an previous member I noticed some things that needed help on or even work. Why I decided to take the step in the direction of change. I applied for a personal training position and quickly noticed how life was on the other side. I hope to continue helping the change and make it a positive atmosphere & experience for all.
I love our club because of the spin instructors but am not happy about not getting an email telling me the class I was signed up for was canceled yesterday and I even called at 5 am and was told that the instructor had not called out. The machines are definitely in need of cushion replacements and broken equipment seems to take months to fix. The Rope machine's counter has been broken for months and I have told them countless times. :-( Oh well....
Always clean and the front desk employees couldn't be any nicer rarely do I see broken machines and I never have to wait to use any machines, its a gym people and maybe you go at peek time so of course you might have a few minutes wait.
The equipment here is always broken and takes forever to make repairs.
