What a joke when it comes to cancelling - Oh and if you dont cancel before your anniversary date they charge a $59.99 administration fee even though you cancel before that date because you need 45 days to cancel (per person) - - REALLY terrible when they take from SENIORS - in this case $120.00 all because they can....deceptive
I tried reaching out to you, but did not get an answer yet. As I already said in my unanswered emails: Neither am I able to contact you via your "contact us" form nor can I call/text you since I do not have an American phone number. I tried cancelling my membership, but it got extended.
I moved to California about 3 months ago and cancelled my membership before I left. They billed me the first month after I cancelled it and I called them and they told me I could not get a refund but that it wouldn't happen again. The next month I was billed again and I called a second time, and was basically told that I was never cancelled my membership. That they had no record of that or my calls and again that I could not get a refund. They finally cancelled it but I'm out like 130 dollars from these guys for no reason.
Nysc is a complete scam they have hidden fees to cancel a membership DON’T EVER JOIN NYSC they just want your money and will charge you for everything!! 45 days to cancel your membership make you pay for the 45 days never heard of that when I canceled other gyms it’s completely inconsiderate then make you pay other charges after the45 days !! VERY UNHAPPY DONT JOIN NYSC EVER
Absolutely fantastic gym! Chris the manager is the best! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this facility xxx
