They are scam artists. I cancelled my membership properly, and paid all the necessary fees. However, they still charged me for "freeze" membership. I am still disputing these charges from January, and here were are in April. I have all the back up with the sign cancellation, but they still have not refunded me for the bogus freeze charges. This is not a way to treat people. I regret ever walking into NYSC in Somers. Please be aware, and check your CC statements!
Do not join this gym. They are thieves and charging membership during this pandemic. People are out of work as well as unable to use the gym. I’m canceling my membership and will join another gym, one that is honest and respects and cares about its members.
DO NOT JOIN!!!!! My wife cancelled her membership on Dec 7, 2019 because of the gym being excessively dirty and equipment always being out of service specifically Spin bicycles. The gym requires 45 days notice of cancellation which is fine. The problem we have is that they charged us a full 69.99 annual fee for the next year even though it’s only 23 days of membership for the next year that we will be there. the water refill has been out of order for weeks, lots of lockers have signs ,out of order , a few things have missing screws & the seats fall or you need to move it in position .... really ! kid is trying to keep the place clean which I thank but going down hill !
Horrible gym stole money from me. Do not give them your credit card information they really screwed me and then we’re rude to me about it. I am so mad at this company I really just can’t believe there are out there who would make a business out of taking advantage of people.
