The Ramsey location could maintain the club. Like having hot water in the showers, heat in the locker rooms, Fix the broken windows in the pool so the cold air doesn't come in simple things like that. Oh and order enough chlorine so that they poor doesn't get bad. Answer the phone (I've been calling for almost an hour and no one picks up. Did they close the Ramsey location?
Terrible customer service in Ramsey and in their corporate office. No wonder they have TWO class action lawsuits against them. They would charge us erratically, random amounts, didn’t honor the cancellation, and were rude. Stay away.
I tried to cancel my membership due to breast cancer. I even brought a doctors note. They said it was cancelled. My credit card kept being charged, but then it expired. These people sent me to collections. Tried numerous times to speak to the manager and never got a response. Still fighting it.
Awesome Zumba group. Gym is immaculate and staff there are friendly.
Great gym! Nice facilities and great classes.
