Love the people the work there in is easy to get there from where I live at
I like the staff at Bronxdake (Bronx location), however the spin bikes need to be replaced most of the time tjr spin clips do not work, we need more free weights in the studio for our cardio sculpt class and the dust rabbits in the studio are insane. #NYSCdobetter
At 50 years young I invested in a trainer at NYSC name Benjamin, and it made all the difference in the world. I've tried many gym memberships over the years trying to get back to my 142Lb frame with little to no sustaining success. However Benjamin, at NYSC 145 Street Harlem, is amazing. For 1 hour, twice a week, and for 3 months, Benjamin had me doing exercises that I would never have done on my own. All I can say I like New York Sports Club On 145th Street and it's staff the air conditioner could be more up to date. Yesterday I brought home a bug coughing and sneezing all day.It's clean and we'll kept.

I enjoy my time at New York Sports Club. The staff is wonderful. I have been attending almost 2yrs I never had a problem with any one. Not even any seniors. The Cleaning staff is always cleaning.
