The staff are very helpful and do the best they can to maintain a clean and positive atmosphere. No judgement. A bunch of machines/free weights. They got towels son!

Edit: almost every treadmill is broken. They’ve been this way for over a week. If this kind of thing doesn’t change I may have to consider changing gyms where the equipment works I like NYSC, but this location needs work. The sauna never works, treadmills are always broken and the weights having missing pieces.

On floor 1 the machine weights may be a little to close together. Mirrors in the middle a gym is never a good idea. I felt like a bird headed towards a glass window lol. The guy working Saturday morning 9/2 was great he answered the phone within 3 rings and greeted me with a smile when I arrived. #secretshopper I will be back�

Corporate NYSC has let this gym fall apart. Water leaking from ceilings onto aerobic equipment, and stairs that are falling apart. This is so dangerous. They are not responsive to member's safety concerns.

PUT THE WEIGHTS BACK!!!! Don't occupy the bench and not using it. The members here have zero gym etiquette! Never heard of 20 mints rest time between sets. As for this location... maybe it's time to add some Olympic bars upstiars at the turf area...
