Customer service is bad, getting someone who understands an issue is impossible.
They are charged my credit card for membership dues this month even though My membership is frozen
If the clubs are closed because of the COVID 19 pandemic and NOBODY can use facilities, why did you charge the credit card for April? That is very very lame
Peaceful all the machines work clean you don’t smell people’s body funk, full staff and they are nice to you and helpful but never noisy everybody respects each other space.... thank you for letting me visit ur lovely gym better then most sports club I’ve been to 😇😇😇😇😎

Three weeks no purell or wipes to clean the machines ... glad it is flu season . Locker room is so dirty you can not even use it .
