They raised our house 5 feet in the air so we could put a basement under it. There wasn't even any damage at all on the inside or outside when they set it back down. Georges (the owner) was even there with his crew the whole time stacking the blockes that hold the house up. I don't know much about other house raisers/movers but I would highly recomend these guys. They gave us a very competitive price and said they could accommodate our pick-up needs which was next day due to new tenants under lease. I have recommended New York Cheapest Movers to all my friends and family members who likewise have had excellent experiences. New York Cheapest Movers never charges sneaky surcharges for that lamp you forgot to mention or for a couple extra steps at the entryway or having to park the truck an extra ten feet away. AVOID SELECTING MOVERS BASED ON PRICE ALONE! In my experience, I ended up paying bogus surcharges in the end with other companies.
This was the first time we used ever used movers, and the experience was fantastic. They were friendly, relaxed and so efficient! They were careful with all of our things, and were incredibly patient while we were figuring out were to put things in the new apartment. Wonderful in every way!
These guys have great communication through the booking process and the movers are English-speaking, very clean, prompt and courteous. Hiring movers can be a scary endeavor, but I am very, very pleased I hired this company and will do it again!
