Rude customers. This note is in refference to some of the reviews that state that the customer service at NYhair & nails is horrible and that the employees are rude. I have been a patron of NY hair & Nails well, ever since they opened for business perhaps over 4 years ago and I love them. For me personally I dont care how much it costs because they pamper me and my girls with attention and kindness and excellent customer service, in fact they go above and beyond the call of duty for every one. Love my cut I love how Danny cuts my hair. I now refuse to have anyone else cut it. The last time I had it cut I had somewhere to go after and he went above and beyond to style and curl it just for my event and did't charge me extra for it.

by owner Customers had multiple services done at my salon.When services were finished I personally went to register as I alwaysdo to take her payment.I told customer the amount, she handed me a $100 bill.I retold customer the amount was $160.She looked through her purse and then decide to pay by credit/debt card.I handed her back the $100 bill and she gave me card.She put her pin# in and added a tip and left the store happy.Two days later she came back in yelling and threading me that she was an attorney demanding the $100 b... read more

Agree with the owner I happened to be there having my nails done the day this customer came in and witnessed the whole thing. I know for a fact that the customer was returned the $100 since I saw Danny, the owner give it to her. And on another occasion I heard a lady ranting and raving about how good Danny was at cutting & coloring hair. After he was done she said she left her purse at home and would be back with the $$$, she never came back. From that day on I have had my hair cut by Danny, he's so good at cuts & colors. They stole from my mom. they also don't sanitize their tools properly Thief's and Liars, they ripped my mom off. She gave them 100 in cash and wanted to pay the rest on her card, she didn't have her glasses on when she signed the debit card receipt and didn't notice they had charged her over 180 dollars. New York Hair and Nails Superb service. Hair and nails were done perfectly each time we visited from out of state.
