I used to love this company and their product. Then today I returned a NY & Co unbelievable sale item that they would not allow the promo on and they would not give me the full refund. I called customer service and they said I received a promo off of it. How do you receive a promo on something when the website won't allow it!? All they could say was there was nothing they could do.
Love to shop here but they should be on the Naughty List....biggest sale of the year and here's a promo code to use except none of the promo codes they email you ever work because EVERTHING is EXCLUDED from their sales...new items, everyday deals, all the basics and any thing that's clearance can't be bought with a coupon or promo code
Again, a false sale. Today 50% off everything in store. Except everything is a New York Deal and that does not count. Your sales are BS!!!
