I normally am very content with the sales and promotions New York and Company offers, but after today, I feel scammed. I had earned multiple $10 coupons to be used as cash during the dates of December 3-12. Understandably, there were restrictions such as the $10 coupon cash cannot be combined with other coupons, NY deals, and clearance items, but with the holidays upon us, I was excited thinking I would be getting great gifts at great prices. The company double charged my credit card. When I called customer service they said they would refund my account. Almost a month later I had to call them back. I was on HOLD FOR ONE HOUR AND 22 MINUTES. I hung up and called back a little later. Customer service said they would call me back. They call back and give me a reference number and tell me I have to research with my bank where the refund is! OMG!!! What???!! Well i got a surprise yesterday when i went to return my clothing at your store, i was told NO RETURNS FINAL SALE. OMG when did that happen. well for REDLINES ONLY it started last month NOVEMBER 2013, they no longer accept price adjustments, exchanges or returns. Why are your cashiers not informing customers about this new policy as they are cashing you out. I told your manager that and she said its on the receipt. WHAT!!!!
