My 1st time going and I had a great time can't wait to go back next year.
This was my 4th Con and I think the best so far. I honestly think having so many major panels moved off site made a huge difference to the crowding and I hope you continue and even expand that next year. Would still say that the con gets pretty oversold and although I know a ton of people wind up missing out on tickets, that's the case for any major event, festival, concert, whatever. I would really advocate for cutting down ticket sales (and maybe upping the cost if necessary) to improve the overall experience.
From pre-sales to getting tickets only for Sunday they made it seem that it was impossible or that they sold out quick. But from the looks of it on Sunday it was so packed it felt as if they oversold and it was a potential fire hazard. Good venues all around but they need to do something about crowd control.
Always a Privilege and Honor to attend this event! As always I look forward to the next one!!!
Epic Photo Ops are awful. That was beyond upsetting. I paid that money thinking fans can get a couple photos and converse a little bit, but omg!! It was like pose, smile and get out asap smmfdh. Everything else was ok!!! Food was expensive as hell. Bathroom lines were ridiculous. Some vendors were overpriced but, I loved all the costumes.
It was my first one and my daughters loved it, next year were gonna definitely dress up !!!
New York Comic Con 2017, this year was my first year ever at this con and I has an amazing time. The cosplay, panels, and collectibles were out of this world and most of the time I was in a daze with how awesome everything was and how awesome everyone there was with each other. Comic Con seem to bring out the best people. 😀 I met some amazing cosplayers. Every year I have more fun than the last for me this is my Disney Land !!
There was so much to do! There are plenty of really good food options down in the food court level. Plenty of free giveaways and cosplay everywhere!
