Um, it was comic con! OF COURSE IT WAS AWESOME!!!
This was our first trip to Comic Con, and it was very disappointing. To say it was overcrowded would be an understatement. There wasn’t anywhere you could go and not be in a shoulder-to-shoulder mob, being herded in like a bunch of cattle. Trying to navigate it with 2 young kids was a challenge. Most of the booths on the show floor were poorly organized, and were simply chaos. I knew the day was a bust when my 2 kids, who had been looking forward to this for months, both wanted to leave.
Too much people and the ticketing process is awful
This is my 3rd con..this year was so congested to the point that i missed out on my photo op w Billie Piper bc an XFiles panel ran late and it took over 15 minutes to get to her bc of a fan bottleneck, at which point she had left to do autograph table. You don't get refunds unless the star cancels..so i had to exchange and did a photo w Pablo Schreiber..that never happened to me that it was so crowded i couldn't get thru and missed an op. This may be my last..bc my body can't take all the standing lol. There's always lines..... read more
2nd year so much fun cosplaying and exploring what’s new.
First time at NYCC, or any con for that matter. Loved the atmosphere and all the panels I did attend. My only criticism would be to include more panels that are relevant to all kinds of con-goers. Other then that I truly enjoyed my first convention!!
Loved all the panels too many good ones to get to them all. Loved all the swag!!! It was my second NYC COMIC-CON and this one is the best by far!! GREAT JOB!!
Very crowded. Confusing experience for an unfamiliar or new guest.
