It is definitely the Go To Store In NYC for all baking supplies. My mom used to do cakes and believe me I knew this store by heart and recommended other bakers as well. Yes customer service yo be a store of this magnitud and servicing just about every baker out there should be more friendly. I rarely saw them smile and In my time going did not see one nice person. Ither than that the supplies were excellent
Completely disapointed I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing and they didn't let me in. I understand that they don't let last minutes customers but the attitude of the employee was unacceptable. He had locked the door and even though we told that we only wanted to look for 5 minutes he kicked us out.
