Absolutely amazing store. Now that they added the cafe u can munch on delicious pastries while shopping and learning. This place is a must visit when planning a trip to NYC, no other store and school like it.

NY CAKE is AMAZING!!! I can always find the cake supplies I need.
Let me start off with the bad part. I wanted to take a few classes and I sent a question via email.... 3 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for a response �. I ended up making a few calls and finally got the answer I needed. I took the Chocolate Artistry class from Jorg Almser and it was AWESOME. There was plenty to learn and all hands on which I LOVE. Lisa Mansour was there and she apologized profusely for the lack of communication. If I was a quitter or easily frustrated I would have never gotten to enjoy the class and the store... read more
