I think the customer service person need to learn to listen to his customers and aim to satisfy especially if the customer has a bad experience with products they purchased from them. I bought two fondant the satine ice brand and the fondant poor quality and very troublesome working with. They definitely have everything you need and the quality is great but just Alittle on the pricey side. Plus they close to early which is disappointing when u need those special last minute baking items right away!!
Gostei muito deste lugar: para quem gosta de confeitaria é sensacional. Tem formas para cupcakes, corantes, tapete de silicone para macarons, .... E muito mais. Tem que ter tempo para olhar tudo o que tem na loja.
