The customer service is phenomenal and the prices are amazing.
With all the post, Raffles and advertisement on FB...I call to inquire about the price of a specific hair and they refused to give me prices...I can't understand what's the difference between over the phone or on fb... really pissed me off because I don't want to make an unnecessary drive if the hair isn't there or at the price that's advertised...
