I sent the company 2 comparables on the same road as subject property. One right next door! They were sold through a different MLS. They forwarded the I fo to the appraiser but he neglected to use them. Very disappointed in the job that was done.

Wouldn't recommend, horrible at communication. Receptionist said one thing was ok, then the appraiser said it was not. We had over 1000 in fees from this company when trying to buy our house.
