Refuses to actually do their job corrrectly or to fix any mistakes. Dont know how theyre still in business
One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve dealt with. The appraisal report was filled with factual errors, including incorrect house measurements, incorrect deck measurements, incorrect year built, incorrect construction details, incorrect system descriptions, and multiple other inaccuracies about the property itself. I provided proof and documentation showing the errors, yet the appraiser still chose not to properly correct the report. I sent the company 2 comparables on the same road as subject property. One right next door! They were sold through a different MLS. They forwarded the I fo to the appraiser but he neglected to use them. Very disappointed in the job that was done.
Excellent company to work with. Blake answered all my questions promptly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Wouldn't recommend, horrible at communication. Receptionist said one thing was ok, then the appraiser said it was not. We had over 1000 in fees from this company when trying to buy our house.
