New World Wellness has helped me evolve in so many wonderful ways!! Nicole and Craig welcome with open hearts and minds, no judgement, classes to suit everyone and amazing, interesting events that will inspire and heal, opening the mind and soul to the journeys they seek. Being there is like the comfort of home for me. I am deeply grateful for this incredible space and all the amazing people I make connections with there. We are all so blessed to be a part of it.
New World Wellness is an amazing place. The energy there is warm, welcoming and loving. Classes are available for all levels with time frames that encompass most schedules. This is not your typical "gym" yoga.... This is yoga that embraces your heart, mind and body. Craig and Nicole, the owners, are amazing! They truly embody the concept of "wholeness" and "non-judgmental love and acceptance" that yoga represents.
This is the most healing place in Central Florida. Nicole and Craig are amazing at what they do and inspire me to evolve to a higher consciousness. The class prices are very reasonable and the large studio is a beautiful and blessed space. Check them out for meditation, wellness, yoga and all things related to spirit and tao.
