We were on vacation and this was a great way to unwind and get in a great Yoga class. The people were super inviting and the vibe here is perfect. We will definitely return when on vacation in this area ❤️
Excellent space! You can feel the energy when you walk in the door! I've been there on several different occasions for meditations, energy healing sessions, classes, etc and every time I'm there it is always very calm and peaceful and full of good energy!
As a Yoga and Wellness Center owner for 15 years in Massachusetts, I was so happy to find this more traditional style of yoga studio near my vacation home in Kissimmee! The studio seems well run and the energy feels great there. With so many studios catering more to vinyasa/flow and/or hot yoga these days, I greatly appreciate the variety of classes on the schedule here that serve a variety of styles and people.
People are so kind and truly invested in your wellbeing. Encouraging and supportive. Classes range from Gentle/beginner yoga to strengthening Body Sculpt Class. Love it. Don't ever change.
