I wired the company $7,500 for a "very popular home", came to find out the home's copper piping was stripped from the home, HVAC unit was stripped from the home, septic system is permitted for a 3 bedroom home when the home is a 4 bedroom home. Company stated they would discount the property contracted price by $2,000 which is absurd. I am seeking a full refund of my $7,500 back; if the home is so "popular" they should not have a problem with getting this re-listed with another investor.
