I am from Edmonton, 1 1/2 years ago Dwayne went way above and beyond the "call of duty". I was driving my 1970 Buick GS convertible and the transmission failed in Lethbridge. I really needed to get my car home. I replaced the transmission in the hotel parking lot, and found my driveshaft needed to be shortened. This MAN picked me up from my hotel on Sunday morning! Dwayne is what good service is supposed to be. He is a true expert, helpful, fast, and fix it right the first time. The thing that impressed me the most was his attention to detail, not just in his work but in his relationship with the customer. He is the rare combination of the master of his craft and a genuine good guy.
I needed a driveshaft shortened in order to get my truck finished and back on the road after doing an engine swap. Dwayne was busy, but had my driveshaft shortened, painted, with new u-joints done the next day! Great service, and a great guy!
Sent a front driveshaft in to get a quote from them. Waited 3 weeks then my parts guy who I sent it got a call Christmas Eve saying that my driveshaft was done. Now as it was stated he wanted a quote before going ahead with the work. I can buy a new front driveshaft for 380$. Now when I got my front driveshaft back without giving them the go ahead to fix it in the first place with a bill of 870$ my jaw hit the floor. the manger will refuse to call my parts guy back and will just hang up the phone on you.
