My doctor herself is great at this office, but their scheduling department has been a pain for the last 2 years. I called about an appointment, and they told me it needed to be rescheduled when I called. If I hadn't had called, I would've shown up for nothing since they have no procedure in place to prevent this apparently! I also recently scheduled an appointment for March 9th, and they put me down for February 9th. Thankfully they actually called to confirm this time, and I was able to get it changed. Terrible experience with Julia from the podiatry department. I brought my 80 year old client to have her toes looked at because of previous diabetic concerns. Not only was she extremely rough with my clients feet, but she also talked too fast for my client to understand what she was saying and ignored her concerns. When she trimed the corners of my clients nails, she accidentally cut her and didn't apologize. Would never recommend anyone who is elderly to come here for podiatry concerns. The office staff is not organized well or trained on their software systems because we keep running into issues with scheduling. Waiting times can be extremely long, where we have had to wait over an hour for simple check ups. My wife has now had 3 appointments scheduled over the phone and when she arrives on her appointment date they say no appointments were scheduled. Just last week they left her a voicemail stating that she had a scheduled appointment and a translator would be available to speak with her. Well we never sc... read more

We've been patients here for over three years. Tyler sees us both, my husband and I. And he's fantastic. I would highly recommend this office and its staff.
