This place is run by an absolute crackpot posing as a therapist. She (Diane) sits on her phone and texts while in session. She flip flops wildly on her advice to play parents/spouses against each other while in family counseling. And, when I requested records for a disability hearing, they refused. Refused to give me my OWN records!?! I had to drive to the Green Bay office and refuse to leave until they have me my records. I would never recommend them. All of their decent therapists left them. My daughter is attending counseling here because my husband and I are going through a divorce. My husband took our daughter to her first I session. I was unable to attend because I had an appointment with my own counselor. I called and scheduled a time to speak with the counselor about how the session went and address some concerns. Unbeknownst to me, she told my husband I was calling and had him come to the office and listen to our conversation on speaker phone. She refused to address anything I had to say. Worst counseling services ever!!! If I could give them negative stars, I would! During the initial meeting, Diane was suggesting that we give up on what we were trying to improve. Hence as to why we were seeking services. Then was told that we would be charged $50 if we canceled our 2nd appointment. So we showed up for it so we wouldn't be charged. I called New Wellness Associates to schedule myself an appointment. My call was answered by a receptionist who was very rude and disrespectul. From the start of the call you could tell she did not want to make me an appointment, from asking why I want to be in therapy in a judgemental way, to telling me my insurance probably isn't covering these sessions without even checking, to asking me to call back when 'I have more info'.
