The young lady is kind, but she doesn't know that thinning hair with the zig zag scissors isn't supposed to shorten your hair. She swept horizontally across my head with thinning scissors which effectively took out the length across my entire head. She's supposed to clip once in each area, let go of the hair before clipping another spot in order for only SOME of the hairs to be shortened. It's quite basic... George is the best! Will be totally honest about your hair condition and recommend how to make your hair healthier before any treatment. Super skilled at modern haircuts. He is my Dad. But I have nice hair because he’s very careful and kind about everything he does! He does amazing at Colour assessment (aka what works best for your hair/skin/vibe). I don’t know why I keep coming back to this place. Every. Single. Time. They have done nothing but ruin my hair. They do not know how to listen to their own customers at all. They even CHARGED me a $5 extra to what was ADVERTISED on the front.I asked for a small basic trim on the side and a layer, gave them basic easy enough to understand instructions, and provided them a picture reference just in case and they did almost none of what I asked.
