This organization has some seriously misplaced priorities. For one thing, you might wonder, where did New Vista come from, it has sort of appeared from nowhere? Well, not really, it used to be Bluegrass.org, and before that it was essentially CompCare. They have spent tens of thousands of dollars on marketing the New Vista name.
