I had outpatient services and felt like they actually listened to what I needed. It was a little difficult navigating the place but the front desk staff were always kind and the types of therapy they offer are not so easily accessed elsewhere. ART was especially helpful with careful consideration given by the therapist each visit.

Alex and her team is very unprofessional and unreliable. I called the new vista office building 5 on April 30th inquiring about services for my child for at school. Was told walk ins are welcomed to come in Monday before 3. Monday May 4 I drove over to be told I need to make an appointment. Okay…so the earliest appointment for this service for my child was Monday May 11. A week later. So yesterday me and my child go over there and Alex apparently called in sick. Meant to post this long ago. For brevity the only reason i even went here was to see about making progress toward hastily weening off potentially deadly drugs that were erroneously forced upon me after being dropped at eastern hospital for a rant, which was then followed by cereal box Dr.'s/staff there falsely claiming i wanted to hurt myself and attempting to prescribe drugs in tandem with those false claims. Won’t refill my necessary medication due to negligence. This facility doesn’t care about their patients, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
