I wish I could give them 0 stars. If your an active participant in trying to maintain your mental wellness, do not go to this place. They are very unorganized and do not care about the patients well being. My “Dr” states she only treats a certain type of patient and that is need to go elsewheee for other services. She wanted me to go to eastern state so that I can be evaluated, rather than taking the time to help treat my condition or even help come up with an emergency plan. What and absolute joke they are if you are a male taking care of someone on the Michelle p waiver. They do not care about anyone long as they get paid. And refuse to do their jobs and put all the blame on you. Sexiest as it gets and a joke and shouldn’t have jobs doing that part of it.
I had outpatient services and felt like they actually listened to what I needed. It was a little difficult navigating the place but the front desk staff were always kind and the types of therapy they offer are not so easily accessed elsewhere. ART was especially helpful with careful consideration given by the therapist each visit.
Alex and her team is very unprofessional and unreliable. I called the new vista office building 5 on April 30th inquiring about services for my child for at school. Was told walk ins are welcomed to come in Monday before 3. Monday May 4 I drove over to be told I need to make an appointment. Okay…so the earliest appointment for this service for my child was Monday May 11. A week later. So yesterday me and my child go over there and Alex apparently called in sick.
