Woman on phone shouldn't have a job. Rude and condescending.
Had an excellent experience with my procedure yesterday. Very professional and talked me through the entire process. I would highly recommend.
Called to reschedule an appointment. They refused based on non-sense reason and hung up the phone. Escalated to the administrator Mary Riley and the owner who denied the employee’s action. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Very rude front office staff.
I called yesterday morning because my eyes were infected. They told me they were booked up and some one would call me. After 24 hours of discomfort the nurse finally called. By then I had found somebody who would see me in 4 hours. In my opinion they don't give "eye care". They give you "I don't care". Today is the last time I will have anything to do with this place. They don't show any compassion to their patients problems.
