My impression of this place is terrible, I spent a year treating myself with Dr. Ortiz, who retired and they did not inform me and the doctor who assigned me there refused to give me a document where I would record my history of psychiatry with Dr. Ortiz for a review process. disability claiming that I was not his patient and that I was now a new patient.
