I would go zero stars. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I should not have ever signed to have my home put on solar with this company. Do not trust anything they say. By the time you sign to get the financing you will be taken advantage of. We had to do the leg work with the power company. It took 3 months to finally get the solar activated. And we still have a power ****. So it did not save us money. We now have more costs then our original power ****. Also if they say there is a promotion don't trust them 7 mont... read more

I feel like one a 1 star rating is generous at this point. We spent ALOT of money on our new solar system. It was a nightmare from the beginning. At this point our system stopped working 6 weeks after install. No one was around to fix it. When they finally came they tried to blame the problem on us! Fast forward 4 weeks- Still getting bills from the power company over $100.00 because our system still not working correctly. I have called and left messages, sent an email with no response. Awful company, We purchased our solar system from xtreme solar who is selling for new solar. Now our system has not been working for 2 months and we have tried to get them to fix it. All we get are empty promises. We can't even find anyone from xtreme solar, Krisina and David have vanished. New Star Solar will not respond or answer their phone now. If you are thinking of buying from them DON''T! They are crooks and lied about everything they promised.

New Star Solar has been wonderful to work with. I normally do not speak with solicitors but when Austin approached me in my front yard there was something about him that made me take the time to talk with him. I decided "what the heck" and set up an appointment for a sales person to contact me. I then meet with Matt. He was so nice. He was very patient with me and my questions and he explained everything in a way that I could understand.
