Don't even bother Sofie Lee, gathers personal information promises to send you an application and doesn't. She goes through the entire game process, but already has her mind made up that she is not interested after seeing you. She showed a nice property the lease price was 3000 online, but the sign in front of the house said 3100. Property was nice, but in a jacked up community for that kind of money. In my opinion she is running game and profiling. This is illegal.
Not so professional with their contract and ask you to sign up without reading the details of the contract. Idk how you guys signed up through their contracts, but I've been told and learned that not to sign any contract without a question and without a detailed answer. And the Agent name Mio Foley Choi didn't want to walk through the contract with me and my wife, and just told the landlord that we are not the right fit for him because we found some misinformation and asked them to get answers..
