Mixed emotions. E-mailed and spoke w/ dealership, specifically Mr. Firestone. Advised due to doctor's appt. I'd not be able to view and test drive car until around 4pm. Mr. Firestone advised the car would be ready. Subsequently learned they sold the car at 11 am that morning but Mr. Firestone did not e-mail that news to me until after 3:30 pm after we were already in transit to the dealership.
