Terrible experience ⦠dealership said they would make me an offer. With that said, offer came back with no $$$ off their listing price⦠totally wasted my time. Would have had no issue had they said that up front.

Tyler was quick to respond to my request for information. He followed up during the dsy to let me know that the truck we were looking at was just sold. He even went out of his way to follow up with us regarding helping us find another truck. Great customer service!!!

My experience started out great with the company obviously because they want to sell vehicle and they need money my experience with them after that was absolutely horrible worst experience ever they had no will or drive to even help me finance it wise I tell them I could put$4,000 down and the guy comes back to me with 10,000 I just told him 4,000 was pushing it why would you ask me for 10,000 I asked if he could help come down on the price and I could maybe come up on my down and that would work his way out he had no intere... read more

I was ready to buy, but they raised the price when I told them I was using my own bank for financing. This was after we agreed on a price and had the sales form ready. Got a better deal at another dealer. I am giving 3 stars for good communication.
