Very caring doctor. I was diagnosed with eczema 7 years ago and was on and off medications that did not work for me. Finally, I met a doctor that took the time to listen when other doctors did not. He came up with a treatment that has been working for me and also has recommended close follow-up exams to check on me. So grateful that I found him
The Dr took time to explain the procedures and the staff went over treatment in very good detail. I can't wait to start my treatment at New Smile Carolina!

Staff is very friendly and the doctor really knows what he is doing.
The staff, the doctor, the treatment everything was perfect. The way I was made feel beyond comfortable in the office was truly spectacular. I had my procedure done and was so excited with the results. I was a little hesitant at first because I truly was embarrassed with my smile but Dr. keadle made sure I came out of that office looking brand new. I cannot thank him enough and lets not even begin to talk about how wonderful his staff and atmosphere is in the office.
Very disappointed with my teeth. They were poorly made from the start. I went back more times than I can remember to try and get help. Left 1 time with a bright blue temporary liner,he was willing to let me leave in tears over how poorly the dentures fit and looked. I’m still paying for teeth I could hardly wear. In fairness he did offer to do a reline for me ,but at the cost of 500..Needless to say I won’t be go To him again. Someone els made me new teeth that are beautiful !
Dr Keadle explained my situation to me and his recommendation. The doctor and the staff were awesome. Could see I had issues being there. They felt a long passed due cleaning was needed and got me in the chair with in 10 minutes. The hygienist could see I was uneasy. I told her I had a bad experience at a different place. She was awesome and VERY gentle, explained every step of the way what she was doing. Was treated awesome and will be going back. They all cared and calmed my fears. Thank You
