Food has definitely gone down hill. Was at the bar and the staff literally put up the chairs and cleaned around us making it obvious they wanted us to leave. Craft beer was bitter and completely wrong.
Can't find a better steak salad anywhere! Great drink specials, too! Had hubby-to-be's surprise 40th birthday party here and everything was set up and taken care of nicely... All that was left for me to do was pay the exceptionally reasonable bill for food for 30 people! Always a favorite. See you soon, NSC!
Had the steak salad today. It was good other than the steak. Almost every bite I had to remove from my mouth because of gristle. That's not cool. Also, the meatballs are absolutely awful. Anyone who serves a meatball sub needs to make homemade meatballs. Otherwise they just taste like chemicals.
Had the Hot Turkey Sandwich with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were very good....however...the turkey seemed old as it was dry and lacked tenderness. The gravy was no doubt from a powdered mix.(yuk) This was a take-out order and they actually charged for the take-out container..Really?
