Totally annoyed and disappointed with this service department. Dropped my car off to be checked out. I was told that the oxygen sensor needed to be replaced and then they had to test drive it to see if the check engine light came back on I was told that the total charge would be $700. Got a call back that the oxygen sensor was changed and now the other oxygen sensor is indicating it’s bad. The cost to repair that would be another $700, for a total cost of $1400 but that the work could not be done until Monday because they ha... read more
Wasted time! Made an appointment and took the day off. When I arrived , I stood there waiting for someone to call me over. I honestly didn't want Michael because it's always something with him so I was waiting for 2 other guys to actually acknowledge me standing there but they were just chatting away so Michael said you can come over.
