The staff in the parts section are amazing! They are very helpful. Unlike the Manhattan "Bronx" Toyota, New Ro staff is great about answering/ordering over the phone, and you can purchase and pick up your parts all in one place (you don't have to go back and forth between multiple counters). If you're in the Bronx and need parts, it's worth going to NewRo Toyo! (Avoid Bronx Toyota)
Left a message on the website and received a call back the same day to schedule my recall solution appointment. Customer service lady on the phone was pleasant over the phone. I was contacted the day before to remind/confirm my appointment. When I arrived to my appointment someone was ready to receive and inspected my car. As soon as walk in the the service area I was welcomed by Walter and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
