terrible service, but at the end of the day they think they are doing us a favor and we have to put up with the aggressiveness of the staff, there is no good customer service, I do not recommend it. I moved from the New London pharmacy in Chelsea because I came to live in New Rochelle, and I thought that this pharmacy was up to par yesterday. Called to ask about the status of a prescription. Woman that picked up thought she put me on hold, but didn't, and I heard her call across the room (twice!) "I'm pretending to ask you, but I'm going to say no!" I hung up before she got back on the line. Holy cow, what a disaster of a place.
New customer here... I get delivered scripts only so I can't speak on customer service but on phone they are so courteous and pro. And delivery goes with out a hitch. Delivery is evening only, I believe. 👍🏼
Professional service, RX pickup is easy with very little waiting time.
