Unfortunately, my experience was a sad one... but NO fault of theirs. I brought my ailing senior dog to be examined, expecting end-of-life; Dr. S confirmed my suspicion. Congestive heart failure had brought her to the end of life. The Dr's patience, kindness and love of animals... kissing her nose were heartwarming. I recommend the New Rochelle Animal Hosp for all your veterinary needs. ❤️
Just moved to the area and was hoping to find a new veterinarian. I stopped by this location to ask a few questions, especially about how the process works with Trupanion since they’re listed as a partner. The receptionist looked completely clueless and had to ask a coworker, who said only a manager could handle Trupanion direct pay but that managers are only available on Wednesdays? When I asked about appointment availability, they said they were booked for the day (place was completely empty) and didn’t even bother to ask ... read more
