Always a helpful and polite group of people!! I never have to wait long to be helped.
I have had the privilege twice now of hanging out in the parking lot with my son Bo Proctor during motorcycle poker runs selling his crafts. Everyone is so friendly and nice and its just fun to be there!
After being told by multiple people to come there after I had an issue with my bike while on vacation i followed their recommendations. Well we got it down there and I arrived few hours later to see what was up. Service manager told me he might be able to get to it tomorrow but not today. I replied that I was here on vacation and was headed back sunday, your service manager said, after he rolled his eyes, "well if we have time tomorrow to look at it we will but if not I guess you'll have to take it back like it is". It was great! All the different things to accent rooms plus an upstairs clearance section. Unlike a lot of dealers they had so much More than bikes and T-shirts. The people were great and let us wait out part in a storm.
Rocked my world, customer service is poppin, 10/10 would visit again, and again, and again.
