Came into dealership today from MKE,WI (Home of H-D)went straight to the Service Dept.. was greeted by Becky O. told her I had issue with rear brake on my 2005 Ultra Classic. She then got mechanic Robert out to see me, we talked he took bike out for a test ride & even put up on bike lift to check the bike over for me. Again a BIG thank you for your services Above & Beyond. Nice meeting you all, including Miguel, Jeff & others.

From Indiana stopped by to get some t-shirts, saw a bike I liked. Told them how much I was willing to pay, they said yes and less than an hr later we left with the bike :-) . Jon and the rest of the gang were awesome!!

Just got my 2012 FLHX back from getting a minor overhaul and she is all shiny and purring like a sabor-toothed tiger. Took her to Florida to celebrate. All the staff was amazing, especially the service dept. They took the time to find what she needed, helped me prioritize the work, then we formed a plan and they went above and beyond to get her back to me. This is how it should be done. Thanks crew!!
