I love my stylist!! Shana Sipes....highly recommended for anything you need! Came in with dry straw hair..walked out looking fabulous and my hair has never felt so good!!
Today I had an appt at another salon to get my hair washed and styled. I had surgery and am unable to do this for myself so I was very much looking forward to it. Showed up waited 10 minutes and then they informed me my stylist called in sick. Last minute phone call to new reflections landed me an appt with Erica. Not only were they great at accommodating me last minute, Erica did a great job and I left feeling so good. Thank you for making feel like pretty after feeling cruddy for days. I'll be back!!

It was a training day today and Ell did a super job on my inverted bob! Neil was a great teacher as well :) I haven't experienced haircut remorse; I don't think I will :)
Everyone was friendly but I was disappointed with the miscommunication. I ended up with a way different haircut than I had asked for.
Big huge F on communication. Booked a much much needed massage and they failed to mention only the Plymouth location provides massages. I book it to Plymouth and am told they will only cut my massage by 20 minutes or reschedule... no compensation what so ever for their lack of service and failure to communicate to the client. Very disappointed and let down by this.
