8 weeks my air conditioning has been broken and yet to be fixed. The front office staff are unable to complete repairs and the main Borger Management line never returns your calls or emails. The trash is an enormous mess with tons of rats. I have lived here for 6 years and they used to have responsive staff and maintenance folks but it has gone extremely downhill.
Today I walk pass the apartment building and call the number to see if could do a tour. Ms. Edna, Fancy and Que were outstanding. They made feel very comfortable and we were laughing together, Edna was awesome and you barely meet managers who make you feel like you already a resident and I definitely like that’s it’s very convenient to metro station, grocery store, and all the staffs were very friendly and they answers all of my questions perfectly. Good service!
I moved in 10 months ago and it's been great. I actually have no complaints which is extremely rare in my experience as a renter. The amenities are as advertised and everything you might need. Things work and when they don't they are addressed promptly. It is a rarity as well in that it is an actually pet friendly building, not gouging you with a ton of fees.
