In and out getting blood work done. First time there very friendly people working there.
I don't mind being sticked but detest vaccinations . I recently went there for a Zoster (Shingles) Shot. And my Nurse (Carol) was awesome. She allayed my trepidation about the shot, administered it so painlessly that I didn't know it was over and then during the 20 minute mandatory wait after the shot (to be sure there were no adverse reactions), she provided nice conversation that convinced me that she really cares about 'her Vets"... as many of the personnel refer to us. I don't have a problem with service but I had 2 heart attacks and my VA doctor took me off Plavix 3 years ago and now I am getting plaque building up again in my stents and arteries because of it. I never had pain on Plavix but not on it I do and have to use nitroglycerin to relieve it. I would prefer taking the Plavix and not having plaque build up and pain but my doctor refuses to put me back on Plavix. I find this very annoying.
