The nurses seem to be nice the doctor I see stinks!! I get why ppl go to private doctors...my calcium was very high last year VA told me to be re-tested and stay away from calcium...was re-tested calcium higher NEVER heard from VA Zephyrhills dr...had to go to private dr to solve issue!! The VA Zephyrhills stinks!!
I heard from other veterans to be aware of a certain nurse called “Charmain” but didn’t pay much attention until I had the misfortune to run into her on a couple of occasions. Every time I found her to be very unconcerned and extremely rude. There are to many nice employees at the New Port Richey VA Clinic to have one person ruin their great reputation
RecommendedCaring staff. They have been instrumental in my care over the years since dealing with some injuries. Highly recommend. God bless the staff at VAMC Pasco. Such a good influence and help to the veterans in our area. I’ve been to a few VA clinics and hospitals and I’ve found that the compassion and care here is genuine. As with all medical systems, one can get what they put into it, the help is truly there.
It for veterans and it’s a nice facility better than Tampa VA

I happened to work here, but to be honest , the staff at the VAOPC Port Richey is outstanding...they genuinely care for the Veterans (Patients)!!!
Red carpet all the way so far. Nothings perfect but I’m impressed in all areas. In 1976 this is what was promised and there coming through. Courteous, timely and professional.
I have been coming here for about 10 years and have always received excellent care
