We are very satisfied with this company and service. Our new roof was installed sooner than expected and at the best price we found. The installers were very professional and cleaned up great afterward (even used a vacuum to pick up small debris). Problem areas we had were repaired and sealed before the shingles were installed. We signed a contract with the company approximately 4 month ago to fix the houses siding. The collected the $1000 deposit and have been giving us a run around on when to do the work. They kept asking for the total money from the insurance without actually showing up to do ANY work claiming that they was still waiting for the materials. Then they told ** that they dont have a truck to deliver the sidings from the warehouse and wanted money to rent a truck. They acted in a totally professional manner. All dealings were pleasant and needed information was always made available. The work was done with skilled workers, site was kept clean, and all was finished in very good time. Would recommend this company based upon my experience and if needed would use them again.

I hired Chris to replace the roof damaged by hail for a rental property. My insurance company initially didn't cover the full roof replacement. Chris went above and beyond to fight the insurance company to get everything covered including a lot of extras such as awning replacement and upgrade to impact resistance shingle etc,. Chris is very responsive on text messages and phone calls and he made the whole process stress free and easy. I would highly recommend new peaks roofing and restoration!

After experiencing a significant hail storm, I filed a claim with my insurance company. They put me in contact with New Peaks Roofing and Restoration, one of their preferred and vetted contractors. Jacob from New Peaks arrived the day I filed my claim and documented the damage, not only to the roof, but also to the windows, paint, and anything else affected. I believe he worked with the best interests of all parties involved. Chris was very professional and attentive. New Peaks was recommended by my insurance company, and I would independently choose them again. The service was professional, dependable, and prompt. The roof and gutter installation itself was top notch. I even understand a little more about my house which I certainly appreciate!
