Everyone seemed nice but about the most unfortunate first session I’ve ever had, especially for couples therapy, which is very serious and we need immediate help or it will get violent. I was surprised the abuse in my relationship was not even addressed at all, as it was the main reason I went in, and even though I asked if my notes were read prior to the appointment it was overlooked. Jessica Anderson has quite literally changed my life. I look forward to my sessions with her, and when I reflect back, I am really pleased with the progress I have made with her help.
