Staff is very nice and place is well maintained and love living there
Staff is very friendly and understandable, and will try to help out with whatever you may need. The area is also close to the train station and to the airport.
I currently live in the New Orleans Park in Secane PA. and i am pleased with the location and staff. Also, the fact that maintenance issues are usually resolved in a timely manner is a plus
The apartment community is very family and kid friendly. Since moving in, there has been a playground built within walking distance from my home. The apartment staff also offers events such as ice cream parties and trunk-or-treat on site.
We lived at NewOrleans Apt(Secane) for more than 3 years. The community and environment has been pretty good so far. New management has been striving to gather people together for numerous occasions. All the amenities are very close to the place as well. Winter is usually the best time to move-in here, as they offer better rental prices.
I have lived in this apartment for 4 years now and yes I have had a couple troubles but the maintenance team has always been on top of things and getting it fixed. The lady’s in the office are always very understanding and super sweet. I truly enjoy the fact that my daughters school is right across the street and my pup is always welcome. I love that they built a playground across from my door so my daughter can enjoy and most of all that we feel safe. Yeah this place is terrible. They don’t ever answer service request I’ve lived here 3 years and every year they turn the heat on I have to use my air because you can’t control the heat it’s currently 85 in my apt with the air and 2 fans on. My blinds have been broken for weeks made several request and still haven’t come to fix them. I’ve sent I several noise request for barking dogs nothing has been done. Over priced, A lot of hidden fees. I turned my keys in 3 days before my move out date after the walk through they held part of my deposit on me for leaving early
